Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HASTKALA, we maintain strict quality control for all our Premium Quality, handpicked pieces . Please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the fabric has not been cut or the order has not been dispatched.
- Process: To cancel, please email us immediately at hastkalafabrics01@gmail.com or contact our WhatsApp support.
- Refund: If successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount (for prepaid orders) will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
2. Return Policy
- Eligible Conditions: Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged/defective product or if the wrong item was delivered. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or for fabrics that have been cut to your specific measurements.
- Reporting Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a damage, defect, or missing item claim, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package. Claims without video proof will be rejected.
- Condition of Item: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Refund Policy and Timeframes
- Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item at our Lajpat Nagar store, our team will inspect it within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Refund Processing: Upon successful verification and approval of the return, the refund will be initiated.
- Credit Timeline: The approved refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will request your bank account details, and the refund will be transferred within the same 5 to 7 working day timeframe. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Replacement/Exchange Timeframes
If you opt for a replacement (e.g., if a suit arrived damaged) instead of a refund:
- Dispatch Timeline: Once your replacement request is approved after the quality check of the returned item, the new product will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
- Delivery Timeline: The replacement product will be delivered to you within the standard shipping timeframe of 5 to 7 working days (domestic) after dispatch.
