At HASTKALA, we ensure Fast & Reliable Delivery. We ship our premium fabrics, suits, and lehengas Pan India & Worldwide.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeframe

All orders are carefully verified, packed, and dispatched from our Lajpat Nagar facility within 2 to 3 working days of order confirmation.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (Pan India): Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
International (Worldwide): Delivery typically takes 10 to 15 working days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

3. Shipping Charges & Customs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the fabrics and the delivery destination.
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery. If you discover damage after opening, refer to our Return Policy and contact our Friendly Support immediately .
